Pepper Jelly

The best pepper jelly - a little spicy, a little sweet, a whole lot delicious.

A variety of peppers from our gardens (jalapeno, bell, cayenne, serrano, and poblano) join forces with whatever fruits are in season that we've harvested or purchased from local farms and mix into a sweet jelly base for this tasty treat. Great on cream cheese and crackers. Throw a spoonful into vegetables as you saute - chef's kiss. Or create a delicious marinade for fish, chicken, or steak.
